Tobacco chewing, osmf III,ulcers, patche

Asked for Male, 65 Years

Typical problem,is that resulting in constant paan chewing, I m diognosed as OSMF III 6 months back and antioxidants n kenacart gel used. But now since 4 months ULCERS the lips and tongue developed LOWER PART OF TONGUE FRONT ZONE PAINSINFUL ULCERS PAINFUL IN ULCERS OF LIPS DEVELOPED. Whether situation getting worse, I m panicky doubtful towards oral sqamous carcinoma. I m sure any medication for complete cure of ulcers is there. Kindly ADVISE.
