To tak steroids or not
I have been working out for 3 years and have decent body structure and all my test are also normal. The only thing is that I am not gaining those muscle that I want to make me good look. Not a body builder but yes want to be muscular. M trainer has advised me to take steroids.... and m really confused to take it or not...there is a course of 12 weeks and then 15 days break after that they will do pct to flush out the steroids....please help me in this case
