I want to reduce weight, my age is 28, weight:75 kgs, and I got recently laparoscopic overy surgery last month, I want to reduce my weight, I need the diet abt food and I love eating biscuits,which biscuits I can eat, food and exercise,I am trying for pregnancy.

Hello. You should lose weight before conceiving. As pregnancy is not the time to lose weight. There are too many delicious choice to make in food while losing weight. Don't think weight loss journey is boring. Apart from biscuits you can make good choices in between you meals which you like to eat. Biscuits is processed and will bring in extra carbs and preservatives. You can have it whenever you crave for it but don't have a habit of eating it frequently. Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
