To continue ginnete35 or not

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I was diagnosed with mild pcos in nov and was prescribed with ginnete35 as I didn't get my period in oct and nov I have completed 4 strips of ginnete35 meanwhile my prolactin level came to be high and physician advised me to stop after 3 cycles but my weight has increased should I stop or continue with ginnete35
