Tiredness n breathlessness
I get tired n feel sleepy even in daytime.on doing walking n jogging exercise for 2-3 week i have experienced breathlessness even with low exertion I have no breathing problem like asthma. I have acidity , gases problem n feel slight pressure on upper chest, also feel mild numbness in hands without much load on hands. Appear to have somewhat low blood circulation to me. What could be reasons & appropriate test to be done for diagnosis n medicine. I am vegetarian n dont smoke or drink. ,
