I could view this issue in various dimensions.  If you are not doing something you don't like (maybe your choice in academics), job without passion etc there are probabilities you feel lazy, lethargic and tired. If you haven't  set priorities and goals in your life, you will be directionless which is really dangerous after couple of years especially when you have to earn your own bread. If none of the above,  you might have deficiencies (haemoglobin,  vitamin etc) consult a doctor and get complete medical examination. Your doctor will prescribe supplements. I have given enough food for thought. This is your own life,  take control of the same in your personal interest.
Next Steps
You may consult a Counsellor if you have issues with academics,  lack of concentration,  feeling stressed etc.
