I m currently taking 100mcg thyroxine..can I get tips on how to manage so that my thryoid issues get back to normal...any thing to add in diet? What to do what not..pls

There is no diet that can replace the thyroxine give in that dosage. Take tablets regularly at prescribed way and do follow up blood work up for dose adjustments

Usually thyroid medication once required have to be taken life long. Though with life style modifications your dose can get reduced.
