Tiny tiny dry bumps on face&forehead
I had applied honey saffron for a while on my face and also taken zandu balm for cold .the next day dry tiny tiny allergy type bumps covered my face on my jaw lines ( both side) and the same dry bumps ( like u get in extreme summer) on my forehead as well .Reason and How can I get rid of them please .please advice thanks a lot 🙏
