Tiny red bump on pubic

I have small tiny red bump at my pubic area it's not itchy or burn after 3 days it's disappear with scar and another place it's appear and disappear what kind of bump it's and I notice small wart at my pubic is it's related genital wart or other problems I am really disappointed plz help me doctor and last 3 days when I touch my left side head of the Penis I feel little hurt I attached image
