Tiny pimples in kids legs
My 5 year old son is having tiny pimple like in both the legs from 2 months I observed .I have attached the picture of it .what can it be and he always complains of mouth ulcers too.what can it be .what should be done and from past 2 days there were red bumps in his legs like ant bites and itching too .is it anything to be worried about.
