Tiny lump on inner thigh.
Less then a week ago I was taking a shower and noticed a very small lump on my inner thigh. I started drinking more water thinking it was a swollen lymph node or something. But it still hasnt gone away. It is small and nearly painless. It is under the skin, and it not hard but it is not soft either. I have done some research and I think it is either a ingrown hair or a thing called a lipoma.

Hello...  Well,  getting to a diagnosis by doing some research,  definitely won't help u much.  Because there are way more differential diagnosis for a swelling in the inner thigh..  May be as u said it might be  a lymph node or a lipoma..  But confirmation by a proper examination from a doctor and if required then a fnac/Biopsy is recommended..  Kindly do...
