Tiny bumps on forehead

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Hi, I live in bangalore and few week back i had itching on my forehead after that tiny bumps similar to prickly heat came up and i thought it would go but now it's been more than two week it is spread on my cheeks as well ;like 3 4 bumps on each cheeks. Please suggest me something. Thank you
