Tiny bumps on face
My 25 days old baby has a lot of white bumps on both cheeks and skin is getting reddish. She is exclusive breastfed. Why is this happening? When will it get resolved?

It's normal in new born skin . It wil settle on its own as baby grows without any treatment

Greetings it can be neonatal acne so don't worry u can just wipe with Luke warm water, limit powder , oil application
