Tiny buds or pimples on fingers and toe
My 8 and a half month baby is experiencing tiny little pimples on fingers and toes. Some have turned whitish while others are appearing first red in colour. Some are too minute to capture on camera but could be seen with naked eyes and f felt by hand.
What could be the reason and how to cure these. Photos are attached for reference.

They are milia a type of cysts caused by dead skin cells trapped within skin
