Tiny broken vessels in foot
Hello, I am currently in Florida on vacation and on Tuesday I was out in the sun to long without sun screen. Since I have not been able to hardly walk. I have done some research as I can't quite leave my bed. My legs and feet are badly burned and reading online the reason why I'm in so much pain when i stand still, or attempt to get out of bed is because my blood vessels are broken and blood pools at the bottom. If i am able to get out of bed and begin walking the pain is almost unbearable. But once I'm walking it's not as bad. Simple tasks such as getting water or using the restroom are almost impossible. I have treated the area with Aloe, I have also bathed in vinegar, also applied a cream called nexium i believe. I have used cold compress as well. I don't know what to do, my flight home is today and the pain is almost unbearable. It's been 3 days and i don't know what to do to ease the pain or to even walk. Please help!
