I have Tinnitus In both ears since January 2016 :(:(:(  ...plzzz help me...I want Permanent solutions for tinnitus

There are many reasons for tinnitus. You need to consult with a good ENT surgeon and get your hearing assessment done. If required, an imaging also has to be done. Meanwhile try background music while sleeping in a quiet place.
