Tingling of both hands

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Tingling of both hands...continued feel pin and needles in both hand...associated with numbness of hands...test done of NCV of B/L UL...currently under medicine mentioned below.. Tab Gabapin 300 twice daily and Tab Rejunex once daily... Please advice whether medicine or surgery which will be the good option.
