Tingling in scrotum
I'm diagnosed with erection dysfunction and epididymitis and on antibiotics for about 6 weeks. My condition was getting better but once i masturbate, all symptoms come back. I'm struggling from urinary hesitancy and ED again. Pain in testicles has reduced a bit but i'm getting tingling sensation in all over scrotum. Few days ago i had pain from pelvic to scrotum while passing stool (hard). I also have chronic constipation and pelvic floor dysnergia. I'm worried if infection has worsen or antibiotics ain't working or testicular cancer is in making. I've had a lot antibiotics overuse in past for stomach hookworm infection. What tests should i have? Is it something serious to worried about or it is just due to epididymitis?
