Tightness is left side of chest

Asked for Male, 31 Years

For sometime (3to4 month) I am facing tightness in left side of chest it comes and goes other then that I am also facing breathing difficulty,I went for tmt EKG and echocardiogram but all three reports are normal,what could be the reason and what else test should be done to make sure it is not related to any cardiovascular issue. While running or working I don't have any pain or discomfort.

Since ECG ECHO TMT are normal and you have no issues during exercise, heart related issue is ruled out. No need to do any further tests for cardiac evaluation. Its 100% not heart related. Consult a physician for further evaluation
