Tightening foreskin
Earlier my foreskin was normal. But in last few months, there has been some dryness and some white papules on the inside of my foreskin and it has started tightening and it pains when i try to pull it back after my penis is erect. I have not had sex with anyone yet. The skin near the papules has turned tight and is showing spots like dried white skin that has tightened. Would i need surgery for my foreskin? I am worried. I get married in 2months, i would like to understand what the issue is and if it is anything serious. Please advise
