Tight psoas and diaphgram
I have chronic constipation which i think is due to tightening of psoas and diaphgram muscles which causes all the food content to move upwards? Can physiotherapy help specifically with the releasing and correcting diaphgram and psoas muscle?

Physiotherapy can help you correct the posture and the muscle imbalance, but before that it is critical you see a gastrologist and do an ultrasound of the abdomen to get clarity on your condition.

Please consult physician first. He might suggest you sonography. With the more clear picture of your complaint it will be easy to find out what kind of intervention is needed.
