Hello doctor. I've had a tight foreskin since childhood Never been able to retract the foreskin and have never seen my glans till date. Have tried to retract it but the glans are very very sensitive and I get a shooting pain.so never tried doing it. Intercourse is always with a lube or a condom so that the foreskin won't pull itself. What is the best way to reduce the sensitivity of the glans and get my foreskin losened up. I feel less confident in sex since I'm scared of my sensitive glans n the tight foreskin
