It usually presents as difficultly in retracting the foreskin back. It is primarily a surgical case. It needs to be corrected. Depending upon the degree of constriction, the management can be decided. If left untreated, tge difficulty with sexual intercourse may persist, and the chances for penis infections are also frequent.
