Thanks for asking. I can understand the distress you are through. It could be an indication of problem known as Phemosis. A condition characterized by tight foreskin opening. It usually presents as difficultly in retracting the foreskin back. It is primarily a surgical case. It needs to be corrected. Depending upon the degree of constriction, the management can be decided. If left untreated, tge difficulty with sexual intercourse may persist, and the chances for penis infections are also frequent.
