Tight Foreskin
I have a very tight foreskin from time memorial. When erect I can only pull it around the tip or top of my penis untill it's starts to hurt. However, when flaccid I can pull it down little top of the crown before it gets stuck and then I have to force my skin up.
Also, when I touch my glans it pains a lot.
Let me know, what would be the best approach on this and if circumcision is recommended, what are the side effects and how much time is needed to recover

There is a difference , whether you need circumcision or frenuloplasty , for which more information is needed . There are few alternate means that can be tried before opting for surgical procedures . Although both the procedures are safe and short , and there is no major concern .
