Tight foreskin
Foreskin of my penis is tight. When my penis is not errect it comes down but I'm too scared to pull it down completely as my glans are pretty sensitive. When my penis is erect, it goes down halfway, post which I begin to feel the stretch. This also leads to loss of erection when pulled a bit tightly. Not sure how this can be treated, wouldn't prefer any surgery. And in these times of lockdown, can't visit a doctor. Kindly help as this is leading to low self confidence.

Hello Everyday wash with water and soap while taking shower and move skin about ten times. Apply LOX 2% Gel during Masturbation or during sexual intercourse and retract skin slowly. If you Practice regularly then should improve in two months. Otherwise needs to consult a Surgeon.

It is likely to be phimosis. If not treated it can lead to erection problems, problem (bleeding, pain) during sex, urine infection and even kidney problem. Do not ignore it. You will be cured by circumcision operation. However, you can try local anaesthetic jelly and gentle stretch until you are seen by the doctor. But DO NOT STRETCH it forcefully, in that case you will land up in paraphimosis, which is a medical emergency.
