I have a tight foreskin and when I pull it down, feels very difficult Also there is itching under the foreskin near glans Plz help

Hi Practo user It seems like paraphimosis. It needs surgical removal of foreskin which covers the glans penis. Regularly clean curd like waste materials deposited under foreskin.
