Tight, damaged and flaky skin on hands
Due to having a COVID patient in the house recently, I've had to wash my hands very often (at least 50 times a day). Now, the skin on the back of my hands has become darkened, tight and flaky. There are numerous cuts and scratches on the skin as well. Even flexing fingers is difficult and applying moisturizer burns. The skin has started to come off in balls when hands are wet. I do have sensitive skin - flushes easily and dries quickly. I've attached a picture for reference. Please let me know if this is something I should worry about.
