Hello,I am Darshan Palekar(male 22 years)...I have Puberphonia since onset of puberty...I have taken voice therapy for puberphonia by professional Speach language pathologist...It won't helped me...I have childish and female voice..Frequently I depressed.Teased by everyone..Comments that hurted my self esteem.self confidence...I want to undergo Thyroplasty type 3. 1.what is total cost of surgery? 2.Is there any way of surgery without incision? 3.Do the surgery contains Treatment with General anesthesia? 4.What is the success rate of surgery? 5.Pls tell me in brief about Incision and its mark after surgery...and Pros and cons of surgery... 6.any laser surgery available?
