start tablet thyrox 12.5 MCG once in the morning with empty stomach for 1 month.
repeat the test after 1 month

Please get further investigation done at an NABL accredited lab(all other logos other than NABL logo on report like ISO etc are only there to mislead you!)
It should be done after 12 hours fasting.
Tests: Antithyroid antibodies(TPO, ATG), Haemogram, Thyroid ultrasonography scan.
