During second trimester pregnancy, protein levels increase and with that there is chance of total T4 to go up because T4 binds to different circulating proteins in the blood. Your TSH and T3 are normal, the chances that you have any thyroid problems are low. Recommend rechecking thyroid levels to assess change from the baseline and thyroid antibodies to determine the cause of thyroid problems if any. The antibodies will also help predict the risk of developing thyroid issues in the future.
Next Steps
Obtain TSH, free T4 and free T3 levels in 4 weeks with thyroid antibodies and consult online with attached lab reports at the time
