Yes she has Papillary CA thyroid, as per your FNAC report. You can get the slides of your fnac reviewed once from a different lab.
The treatment for Papillary CA Thyroid is Total Thyroidectomy.
Post thyroidectomy after 6 weeks you need to get an Iodine scan. If there is any residual tissue you will be asked to take oral Radioactive Iodine.
