Please share details of your condition, since how many days, you are taking thyronorm?
If you are taking it since >one month and TSH value is after that, you can increase dose to 25 mcg, daily.
You can go for IVF, but succes rate is higher when thyroid functions are normal.

High tpo indicates that you have thyroiditis.Though your TSH level is around normal,the desirable level in people planning to conceive should be less than 2.5.You may need a increase in the dose under the supervision of your doctor

Yes you can go, TSH high is showing you are having hashimoto thyroiditis, which is autoimmune disorder, because of that anti tpo antibodies are raised
