Thyroid problem
My wife is having TSH 7.4 and she is having symptoms like weakness, bad appetite and palpetation. Please let me know what to do.

Get her Anti TPO antibodies tested. If positive she needs to be put on thyroxin. Palpitation is not a symptom of hypothyroidism. So u may need to get other routine tests like CBC LFT RFT done too.
