Thyroid problem
Hi doctor, PFA My wife is facing thyroid problem after pregnancy from 2019, two days before she took thyroid test, so the report is attached below for your valuable consideration. So please check the report and let us know the what exact problem is... She had thyroxine 20mg for the last 3 weeks.

Dosage of thyroxine comes as 12.5 or 25 50 etc.. I assume she must be on 25... Pregnancy is a state of high thyroid demand and it is common to have pregnancy induced hypothyroidism.. Please consult with your gynecologist for adjustment of the dosage.. As per your report it should be increased to 37.5 but depending upon other factors it may be in increased or decreased during the course of pregnancy and breastfeeding period.. Consult online for further evaluation and treatment

Your wife's  TSH is above the range which signifies  she is hypothyroid. As she is already on thyroxin and as she is pregnant consult your gynaecologist for dose adjustment for thyroxin.
