Thyroid patient
Hello Doctor, I am athyroid patients from since 5 years. Yesterday I have done TSH check and value is 5.68. Earlier value was 3.2. Medicine taking thyronorm 50 mcg daily morning time empty stomach. Can go ahead same medicine or have to change, please advice.

Hello, so on taking Thyronorm 50 mcg now, do u experience any symptoms? Your TSH levels have normalised n towards a higher range.
Next Steps
If it maintains at this state, your dose can be reduced. What about your T3 T4 levels? Were u diagnosed as hypothyroid earlier?

Hi., You can continue with same dose if no symptoms like dizziness or weight gain. Repeat the tests after a month.
