Thyroid pain
I have hypothyroidism and I have thyroid pain feeling as if I am being choked. My ultrasound says this: - Left lobe - 7cmc, Right lobe 6,5cmc, Isthmus 7mm antero posteriore axis - Diffuse bilateral inhomogenous structure with micronodular aspect and high echogenicity of the thyroid parenchyma. What does it mean? If it's bad what kind of treatment and what further action do you think will be needed?
