Thyroid nodule removal without surgery
My mother has non cancerous thyroid nodule. Fnac confirmed it to be benign, can the thyroid nodule be removed non surgically PS: my mother has BP and allergic bronchitis

Most thyroid nodules are cytologically benign and can be managed nonsurgically. Nodules that are completely asymptomatic require follow-up without treatment. Cosmetic problems and/or compression-related symptoms may be indications for surgery. When surgery is contraindicated or refused, several nonsurgical approaches are available. For better evaluation and treatment please consult an ENT specialist physically.
