THYROID....Light swelling in NECK

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Hi sir, my TSH value 5.9 and we went for Free T4 the value is 1.11. Neck ultrasound also done in that its showing little size increse.So can i take a treatment for this or not? Please suggest me. what type of food needs to take.
