Thyroid levels
Hello, In sep'2016 I got thyroid test done. The T3 and T4 levels were normal but TSH level was 8.4. My gynae advised me to take Thyronorm 50mcg for a month and then only plan pregnancy post TSH level control. I got the test done in Oct end again and TSH came to be 0.8 well within limits. I have reduced the medication to 4 days a week instead of 7 post this. Do you suggest to get the test done again and visit gynae before planning confeption now or is it fine to continue with the same dosage of thyronorm 50 mcg 4 days a week and try for baby?

Well your TSH is ok so you can plan for pregnancy and continue thyronorm 50mcg and consult your gynaecologist when you miss your periods.
