Thyroid level test
My Thyroid levels are T3 - 99 ng/dl T4 7.10 ug/dl TSH 2.14 uIU/ml..I feeling the symptoms of hypothyroidism.My weight got increased 10 kg in 6 months. I don't eat much.I walk every day and I do small exercise in the home but nothing helps. I always feel tired. Could you please let me know based on the thyroid level do I need to take any medicine.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
