I am 14 week pregnant and my thyroid level is 3.48 which is 0.48 increased as per the pregnancy thyroid level.
I eat boiled white rice once in a week, will it affect my baby?

As per new guideline ( ATA 2017) , any value of TSH less than 4 is considered to be fine , so in your case its OK ..
Drinking milk is fine, wont affect thyroid..
Take a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, dal , milk , wheat , soup and other food items as per your preference for optimum baby growth
