Thyroid level interpretation

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I am taking thyroxine 100mcg fr the past 4 months . However, my thyroid problem dates long back since 4 years I jst had my routine checkup yesterday and the TSH Level came as 1.49 What dose shall I now take of Thyroxine ???? 100 or reduce it ????
