I have thyroid problem for the past one year. Am taking regular medication but still it is unstable.

that is because your disease has not been properly diagnosed. For a proper diagnosis, you need to undergo the following tests: 1.Thyroid Ultrasonographic Scan 2. Lab Tests(after 12hours' fasting at an NABL certified Laboratory like SRL Labs or Metropolis Labs etc) CBC, FT3, FT4, TSH, antiTPO antibodies, Anti-Thyro Globulin
