Thyroid issue
I have been undergoing hypper thyroid treatment since last 10 yrs, recently I have done some tests as suggested by a dr. Results is as below, THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODY(TPO) and the result is 265   Up to 10.0 1/ml And ANTI THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODY (ATG) result is < 0.9 Reference Range :- IU/mL. Can anyone tell me wat abt my result. Sometime my TSH value coming to down and my dr. Will suggests to decrease the medicine quantity after that tsh result again going up. Result is attached

You have autoimmune thyroid disease which is the reason for your hypothyroidism. That's it.   You need to modify the dose of your tab levothyroxin  to achieve normal range of TSH. Nothing to worry much ok.

Anti tpo can be present in normal population too. It just indicates that the cause for your hyperthyroidism is probably autoimmune etiology. You need not worry about the titres or re check it again. You just need to get t4 n tsh levels and titrate your dosage accordingly. For further advise, you can consult on finer management.
