I conceived in Jan andwhen I checked my TSH in March it was 10.7. I had increased dose to 75mcg. Current TSH is 4.4 and T4 is 13.9. Please suggest what to do. I am currently 15 weeks pregnant

Keep your TSH below 2.5 . You can check TSH 6 weeks after last test. If it is more than 2.5 consult any diabetologist or endocrinologist for increasing levothyroxine dose.
