Thyroid functioning
I was diagnosed with hypothyroid two months back as my Tsh was high. I was prescribed elthroxin 100mg by my general practitioner. I took thyroid test today and TSH is normal buy T4 is 12.7 whereas the normal range is till 11. I have still not got my periods also. My periods started at 15th November last month. I am yet to get my periods this month. Can this be due to thyroid? I am planning to visit an endocrinologist. Please suggest if I can it should I take specific test before visiting.
