I have high level of TSH(8.27).. can i eat beetroot carrot amla tomato juice daily? And can i eat dark chocolate(unsweetened). Will this foods increase my TSH level? How can i normal my TSH level naturally without taking medicine...

You TSH increasing because your thyroid gland is working sub-optimally. For thyroid gland to function normally, it needs its raw materials. If you feed your body with necessary nutrition, stop intake of toxins which might damage your thyroid glans, slow THS will get to its normal levels.
