I want to do a checkup on thyroid.My throat pains and i had a tonsil operation also.I had done a full body checkup where i found the thyroid level is higher than required.

Thyroid gland is a very important gland in our body. There can be two types of problems in the thyroid one related to the structure which present as swelling and other being in the function which can present as hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism. The evaluation of thyroid includes the thyroid profile which checks the function of the thyroid and a physical examination and a ultrasound if required for the structural abnormalities... If the thyroid is functioning less than required then the TSH level become high.. kindly mention your exact report for further analysis.
