Thyroid and pregnancy
After 3 months of marriage my friend had problem of thyroid T3 = 109 ng/dL T4 = 6.66 ug/dL TSH = 6.82 uIU/mL Is it normal ??? Or she has more thyroid?? Can she plan for a baby ??? Does there is any chance of problem/risk in pregnancy??

She seems to be having subclinical hypothyroidism which may require treatment if she is planning for pregnancy. Usually low doses of levothyroxine should be sufficient
