Thyroid and pcod
I have hypothyroid detected a year ago and pcod minor detected around 5 years ago. My intake for thyroid is 50mcg and nothing for pcod. I have irregular periods (like once in 7-8 months). And a lot of thick facial hair in my chin and cheek area also some around neck.
